Diamond Motivation

Diamond Motivation is a new model of employee motivation that can be used by individuals, managers and teams as a framework for increased performance.

Diamond Motivation can also be used to support Sales Executives to 'fine tune' their approaches and performance with customers.

Whilst traditional models of motivation such as Maslow's Hertz berg's and McGregor's give an insight into what motivates individuals, they can be difficult to put into everyday practice in the workplace. Diamond Motivation changes this.

Straightforward coaching around the Diamond Motivation model allows individuals and teams to analyse their present approaches and situations and allows them to create a positive action plan that will result in change and increased performance.
